Oral presentation and equipment
The time slot for a contributed oral presentation is 15 minutes. This includes 3 minutes for discussion (and changing between lecture rooms).
All lecture rooms are equipped with a laptop running under Win10 and a presenter including a laser pointer. The following software will be available: MS Office 2016, Acrobat Reader and VLC Player. Please contact the technical staff in your session to upload your presentation to the conference laptop via USB-Stick prior to your talk.
If you prefer to use your own laptop, the projectors in all lecture rooms provide VGA and HDMI connectivity. The resolution is 1920x1200 (16:10 format). Setting up your own laptop is part of your presentation time budget.
