REGISTRATION
Conference Fees
All participants who wish to attend the scientific sessions and the social events are required to register for the conference.

The registration fee for senior participants and students include access to the technical sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches (Mon-Thu), Welcome Reception on Sep 9, 2018, access to the Opening Ceremony on Sep 10, 2018 at the Konzerthaus, Mayor's Reception and the Conference Dinner at the Rathaus on Sep 12, 2018.
The registration fee for accompanying persons includes access to the Welcome Reception on Sep 9, 2018, the Opening Ceremony on Sep 10, 2018 at the Konzerthaus and the Mayor's Reception and the Conference Dinner at the Rathaus on Sep 12, 2018.
To register as a student (undergraduate, graduate or PhD student) a proof of enrollment (i.e. a scanned copy of the student ID card) must be uploaded at the end of the registration process to confirm the student status at the time of the conference. Postdocs must register as senior. To guarantee entries in the program and the book of abstracts it is recommended to register until Jun 15, 2018 (early registration).
Note that the registration fee (except that for accompayning persons) automatically includes the annual EUROMECH membership fee (€30). Non-EUROMECH members who wish to attend the conference become members automatically for one year when they register for the conference. They will be invited to renew their membership subsequently. The membership of EUROMECH members will automatically be extended by one year.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in written. The cancellation fee until Aug 15, 2018 is 50 EUR. No refund is granted after this date.
On-site Registration
Registrations made later than Jul 31, 2018 are considered on-site registrations and must be paid at the Registration Desk. A receipt of payment will be issued after the conference and will be sent by email by AUSTROPA.
Registration Desk Hours
The Registration Desk will be open throughout the conference. Please stop by to pick up the conference materials upon arrival.
Payment
A successful registration requires the recorded payment and the invoice issued. All methods of payment including credit and bank cards are accepted.
Photo release
EFMC12 will take photographs and videos at the conference. By registering for EFMC12, you agree to allow EFMC12 to use your photo and/or video footage of you in EFMC12 related publications, materials, websites, or promotions.
Insurance
Organizers do not hold responsible for loss or damage of private property of participants during the conference.
